I've had several one-on-one TRE sessions with Sarah, and she is truly exceptional. Her communication is clear, kind, and supportive. With her guidance, TRE has become an important part of my healing journey. Sarah is a gifted healer, and I highly recommend Riset Resilience to anyone seeking deep, body-based healing.

Brian Roessler

“Trauma is not the story of something that happened back then - it’s the current imprint of that pain, horror or fear living inside people. Trauma isn’t something that lives outside of the person."

Welcome 👋🏻

I'm Sarah Giencke, Founder of Riset Resiliency

Sarah Giencke is a Nervous System and Resilience Coach who is Certified in TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Founder of Riset Resiliency,  a wellness consultancy.

At Riset (reset), she helps people reclaim power and balance over their nervous systems so that they can live less stressful and more peaceful lives.

At Riset, individuals become empowered to notice when they're being activated and gain tools on how to calm, settle or reset one's self and nervous system.

Having worked in many various organizations, across multiple industries, Sarah understands the deep connection between a body's physical trauma responses to the environmental impact - such as adverse work cultures.

Sarah places an emphasis on helping build resilience and being trauma-informed through mindfulness, meditative practices and the somatic tool: TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises). Sarah offers these sessions with the goal of empowering individuals to improve their well-being and for organizations, to help drive culture change at scale.
