Children's Long-Term Services (CLTS)

TRE® for Children & Teens
As the first TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider accepted into Wisconsin’s CLTS Program, I work with neurodivergent children and teens (ages 7–18+) to support emotional regulation, stress relief, and a stronger mind-body connection through this gentle, body-based practice. Sessions are available both in-person (at Haumea Yoga in Sun Prairie or in-home) and virtually.
If you are a guardian looking for TRE® CLTS services, please reach out to your Case Manager or Social Worker to email me at: sarah@risetresiliency.com.

What is CLTS?
The Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program helps children with disabilities and their families through supports and services that help children grow and live their best lives. It is a home and community-based service waiver. It uses a Medicaid waiver to fund services for kids with disabilities. A waiver lets states use Medicaid to fund additional non-medical services and supports not normally offered. The CLTS Program aims to keep kids at home instead of at an institution. How TRE® Can Help
Neurodivergent kids often live with heightened nervous system activation, and traditional top-down strategies (like talk therapy or cognitive tools) might not reach the root of their dysregulation. TRE® is bottom-up—it addresses the body’s innate stress-response system, helping kids feel safer, calmer, and more connected.
